Product Description
Industry vibrating feeder works with two eccentric vibration motor based on the self-synchronization principle. In the production process, the motor vibrating feeder can feed blocky and granular materials from the storage bin evenly, regularly and continuously to the receiving device. It is widely used in crushing and sieving combined equipment in metallurgy, coal mining, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives and other industries.

Working Principle
GZG type vibrating feeder is mainly composed of vibrating frame, vibrating motor, spring, support base and wear-resistant lining board. Due to the start of the vibration motor, the frame is forced to vibrate on the support spring, and the material is driven by the vibration, and the sliding and throwing motion is carried out on the material trough, so that the material moves forward to achieve the purpose of feeding.
